Accidents and sudden illness can happen at any time when it comes to our pets. At Sage Veterinary Center, we do our best to accommodate same-day and sick appointments but should health concerns arise after normal business hours please contact one of the several emergency facilities we routinely refer our patients to in emergency situations. Below is a list of some of the situations that may warrant urgent intervention:

• Bite wounds

• Vomiting

• Foreign material or toxin ingestion

• Urinating blood or straining to urinate

• Eye injuries

• Trauma

• Lethargy

• Seizures

• Difficulty breathing
